- about
- Well here it is, our new album of 100% foot stompin' cigar box rock n' roll. We recorded some new songs as well as some from our demo EP, but this time we have our newest member, Jesse Boden on the the harmonica and flute. We did this record in about 8 hours, almost all 1 takes with a couple of exceptions. We want the sound to reflect how we play and sound live, so no crazy studio trickery here, just straight forward, 100% foot stompin' cigar box rock n' roll. Enjoy.

The Budrows began as a two piece with Jason and his step-daughter Macarena. Jason playing his home-made cigar box guitar and ... more Macarena singing. They played in So-Cal for two years as a two piece until after one of their shows in 2010 when they met a seasoned harp man named Jesse. Jesse was invited to jam and not long after, became part of the band, solidifying the swampy sound of The Budrows. less
